Financial Advisory Service Staff

The Financial Advisory Services Staff role supports the preparation and delivery of high-quality financial advisory reports across due diligence, valuation, purchase price allocation, post-merger integration, and mergers and acquisitions advisory. Based on site in Ho Chi Minh City, the position works closely with clients, target company management, the Financial Advisory Services manager, and a Japan-qualified Certified Public Accountant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality reports in collaboration with the Financial Advisory Services manager and a Japan-qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the following areas:
• Financial and tax due diligence
• Financial valuations of businesses and assets
• Purchase price allocation (PPA)
• Post-merger integration (PMI)
• Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory
  
  
• Work closely with clients and target company management to understand their businesses and expectations, and reflect relevant findings in reports
• Provide instructions and guidance to subordinate team members on the procedures required to prepare each report
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in financial and tax due diligence, financial valuation, International Financial Reporting Standards advisory, internal control advisory, or internal audit at a consulting or accounting firm
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• A diligent working style with strong teamwork and the ability to work independently
