Finance Mananger

About The Role

Our client, International Manufacturing, a European-headquartered manufacturing and export business, is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to take full ownership of the finance function in Vietnam. This is a hands-on leadership role covering everything from statutory compliance and reporting to team development, positioned as a true business partner to both local management and headquarters.

What You'll Do

• Own financial governance, internal controls, insurance, and regulatory compliance across the Vietnam entity
• Run day-to-day finance operations: payroll, AR/AP, invoicing, cash management, and transaction processing
• Safeguard the organization's financial health through cash flow, working capital, and profitability management
• Deliver accurate, timely reporting to local leadership and the European HQ, including full ownership of the budgeting and forecasting cycle
• Lead audit engagements and act as the primary point of contact for external auditors
• Provide financial analysis to support investment decisions, pricing, and broader strategic initiatives
• Manage the ERP and reporting systems, driving continuous process improvement
• Oversee banking relationships, financing facilities, and loan administration
• Own product costing, inventory valuation, and cost variance analysis
• Serve as the key finance liaison between the Vietnam organization and European HQ
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or Economics
• 7+ years in finance and accounting, including people leadership experience
• Background in manufacturing, export-oriented, or multinational environments
• Strong command of VAS, Vietnamese tax law, and statutory reporting
• IFRS exposure and experience working with European organizations strongly preferred
• Professional accounting qualification is a plus
• Advanced Excel and ERP skills (implementation, optimization, or key-user experience)
