Organize financial control system for production activities (including supply chain)
Control compliance with production activities that affect key financial targets, ensure compliance with financial control activities according to Vietnamese and international regulations (VAS, IFRS, SOX..)
Manage, build and control budgets for production, including short-term, long-term, Capex, Opex, Cash Flow
Financial control/optimization of key production activities and indicators, ensuring optimal resources and costs along with operational efficiency

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Masters degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus
At least 10 years of experience in financial management, with significant experience in manufacturing or production finance
Experience in setting up systems, optimizing operations, and managing the planning functions of an organization/team
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting OR internal audit/control
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management
Experience working abroad or in a multicultural environment is an advantage
