Finance Manager (Chinese Speaking)

Key Responsibilities

1. Verify the legality, accuracy, and completeness of all accounting documents and supporting records; ensure proper filing and archiving in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Monitor the company's cash inflows and outflows and manage company assets.
2. Perform and manage daily accounting operations, including recording accounting transactions, inventory entries, and other financial activities, ensuring all transactions are properly and accurately recorded.
3. Perform monthly and year-end reconciliations, closing, and accounting finalization within the required deadlines. Prepare financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
4. Issue electronic VAT invoices accurately and on time and prepare periodic accounting and financial reports as requested by Management and relevant departments.
5. Coordinate with external accounting/tax consulting firms to handle tax declarations, tax finalization, and payment of applicable taxes and fees, including VAT, CIT, and customs-related taxes and procedures.
6. Monitor and stay updated on changes in Vietnamese accounting standards, tax policies, and relevant laws and regulations to ensure the company's accounting and financial activities remain fully compliant.
7. Support the Headquarters (HQ) with banking transactions, cash flow management, and other administrative and financial documentation as required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
• Must hold a Chief Accountant Certificate in accordance with Vietnamese regulations.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and corporate taxation. Experience in Fashion, Retail, or E-commerce industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and Vietnamese tax regulations.
• Proficient in MISA accounting software, Microsoft Excel, e-invoicing systems, and electronic tax systems.
• Proficiency in Chinese or English, with the ability to communicate and work effectively in a professional environment.
• Honest, detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
