Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Take overall ownership of the company's financial management. Establish, optimize and improve the fundamental systems for accounting and financial management.
2. Liaise and coordinate with external parties including tax authorities, banks, audit firms, foreign exchange administration authorities and consulting companies; handle and resolve all external financial matters.
3. Prepare high-quality financial statements and comprehensive budgets in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and Swiss GAAP. Deliver timely and actionable financial analysis to provide clear data support and analytical reports for corporate decision-making and business unit operations.
4. Provide in-depth financial support to business operations. Develop professional cost & expense analysis and control solutions, implement budget control measures. Help improve overall local operational efficiency, and ensure safe and efficient turnover of company assets such as accounts receivable, cash, inventory and capital expenditure.
5. Establish and implement internal control systems, and oversee financial risk management activities.
6. Collaborate with the local business team to optimize internal financial workflows, and work closely with group teams responsible for accounting, reporting and financial control.
7. Complete other financial tasks required for group internal management, headquarters requirements, and internal & external audits.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Accounting, Financial Management or related fields.
2. Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience.
3. Professional Knowledge: Familiar with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
4. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite.
5. Excellent communication, organization and cross-party coordination skills.
6. Able to communicate fluently in both English and Chinese for daily work.
