Strategic Business Partnering: Serve as the primary Finance Business Partner for assigned subsidiaries, collaborating across functions to deliver high-impact management reports.
Data-Driven Performance Steering: Leverage large-scale financial and operational data to perform robust trend analysis and Budget vs. Actual reviews. You will identify risks and opportunities to support timely decision-making by senior management.
Financial Planning & Forecasting: Contribute to the annual operating plans (AOP), monthly rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic cycles. Ensure all product categories and business units are accurately represented in financial models.
Operational Excellence: Support the group CFO in establishing and monitoring KPIs. You will be responsible for providing insightful, up-to-date reports that go beyond the what to explain the why behind company performance.
System & Process Optimization: Maintain and improve a multidimensional management information system. Proactively suggest initiatives to simplify budgeting and reporting processes through automation and better data structure
REQUIREMENS:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Professional designations (e.g., ACCA, CPA, etc.) preferred
Minimum ten years relevant financial planning & analysis experience
In-depth knowledge of VAS & IFRS accounting standards
Experience with Oracle/SAP preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical ability to identify challenges, provide solutions, and resolve problems in a timely manner
Competencies in financial analysis, financial modeling, financial management and planning skills
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in both Vietnamese and English
Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast paced, changing work environment, while consistently meeting deadlines
Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit and drive for success
Ability to develop good working relationships with peers and external business partners.
