Finance and Accounting Specialist

Working time: Mon - Fri: 8AM - 5PM

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Finance & Accounting Specialist to support the company's accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and daily finance operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in month-end closing and tax compliance, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.

· Handle daily sales and bank reconciliations, cash and petty cash management, and bank transactions.

· Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and accounts payable (AP) / accounts receivable (AR).

· Apply appropriate accounting treatments and ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations.

· Support month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and tax filings.

· Assist with audits, cash flow monitoring, and inventory accounting.

· Coordinate with internal departments and banks on finance-related matters.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.

· Experience in F&B, retail, or multinational companies is preferred.

· Good knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and Vietnam tax regulations.

· Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

· Good command of English, both written and spoken.

· Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Working Schedule & Location

· Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

· Working days: Monday to Friday

· Location: The Nexus Building, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Benefits

· Salary: up to 45M gross/month
