Failure Analysis Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make sure the machine is working follow First Pass Yield (FPY) monitoring.
• Ownership for failure analysis of technical issues to find out the root cause & initiate related machine Improvement.
• Suggest improvement in parameter of machine for manufacturability of products by involving in the Product concept phase where the parameter is still fluid and resolve all NPI issues before RU/Mass production.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above

2. Experiences:

• Problem-solving skills, Analytical skills.
• Understanding of mechanical structures, materials science, and assembly processes.
• Familiarity with mechanical measurement tools and equipment, such as OMM, CMM, and calipers.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies, such as Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Good English communication skills.

• Working day: Mon - Fri (08:00-16:30)
