In this role, you'll be responsible for working closely with clients and suppliers onsite to identify their facility-related enquiries and requirements. Your planning and budgeting skills will also be vital to the job, as you'll take part in the procurement of vendors and services from time to time.

You'll also be expected to follow escalation and incident reporting procedures and comply with the firm's guidelines and strategies.

- Maintain and monitor project schedule, project plans and work hours
- Organize and attend meetings with customer
- Documentation and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Ensure proper management of project documentation for each project
- Liaise with customer to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Liaise with customer to generate invoice monthly
- Involved in project budget and costing management
- Work with internal stakeholders (i.e., Project, Recruitment and Operations team) to work out charging model

Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Construction or M&E or other relevant studies
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Project Coordinator or related role
- Experience with preparing contract documentation and calling of tender
- Successful completion of scheduled activities.
- Ensure that a high level of professionalism and customer service is always maintained.
- Ability to work with diversity and hence communicate effectively with diverse group of people.
- Understand the necessity for confidentiality.
- Independent, resourceful, motivated and enthusiastic.
