RHS Job Title Facilities Building Worker Job Description

As a Facilities Building Worker you will perform regularly scheduled cleaning duties in areas such as the following: bathrooms, halls, stairways, lobbies, dining rooms, student rooms, study lounges, offices, and inside and outside entrance ways.

Starting pay is $16.00/hr.

Typical Duties May Include, But Not Limited To

Moping, Vacuuming, sweeping floors
Cleaning bathrooms, and showers
Washing windows, tracks, and blinds.
Painting student rooms and bathrooms
Furniture set up and tear down
Conference set-up and tear down
Parking and loading and unloading
Turning in lost and found to Supervisor
Empty garbage and recycling
Cleaning entry areas of buildings
Reporting issues to supervisors
Cleans equipment and restocking supplies at end of work period.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service
Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
Must be positive and respectful, especially when working with a diverse population
