Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships with key fabric mills across ASEAN.
• Source fabrics that meet customer requirements, quality standards, and cost targets.
• Negotiate competitive pricing and optimize sourcing opportunities.
• Lead fabric development and innovation initiatives, including sustainable and performance materials.
• Provide technical expertise in fabric construction, dyeing, finishing, and performance.
• Resolve fabric quality, testing, and production-related issues.
• Partner with merchandising, product development, and sourcing teams to deliver fabric solutions that support business growth.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Degree in Textile Engineering, Fabric Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in fabric sourcing and development within ASEAN.
• Strong network of fabric mills and suppliers across the region.
• Solid technical knowledge of woven, knit, and performance fabrics.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation while balancing quality, speed, and cost
