Export Sales Senior Manager

Interflour Vietnam is seeking an experienced Senior Export Sales Manager to lead and grow our export flour business across Asia.

This is a strategic commercial leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding regional markets, strengthening customer partnerships, and maximizing export business performance.

Job Description:

• Own and grow Interflour Vietnam's export flour business across Asia.
• Drive export sales, profitability, market expansion and customer development.
• Lead strategic pricing, commercial negotiations and distributor management.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Work closely with Operations, Logistics, Technical Service and QA to ensure successful execution.
• Develop market insights and growth strategies that strengthen IFV's leadership position in regional export markets.

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of export sales/business development experience in B2B industries.
• Proven success in market expansion, distributor management and commercial negotiations.
• Experience in flour, food ingredients, commodities or FMCG manufacturing preferred.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive growth and profitability.
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication.
• Leadership capability with experience managing teams and key stakeholders.
