Job Description
Build an Export Sales Team: Recruit and train a professional export sales team to boost export activities.
Develop International Markets and Customers: Build strategies to expand customer networks in target markets, maintain relationships with existing customers, ensure satisfaction, and enhance long-term cooperation. Conduct research and analysis of international markets, study consumption trends and competitors in the cashew and coffee sectors, and propose sales strategies for each specific stage.
Manage and Coordinate Export Orders: Draft and process foreign trade contracts (sales contracts); manage export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, CO, B/L, etc., in compliance with customer requirements and international practices; work with forwarders, shipping lines, banks, and insurance companies to ensure shipments are delivered on time; coordinate with related departments to monitor production progress, packing, shipping, and payment, ensuring proper timelines and quality.
Participate in Negotiations and Contract Signing: Support or directly negotiate trade terms such as pricing, payment methods, delivery conditions, etc.
Analyze and Update Market Information: Keep up with price trends, consumer demand, and competitive information from key export markets, and advise the Companys Management Board to develop sales policies.
Attend International Trade Fairs and Exhibitions: Represent the company at trade promotion events to seek customers and promote products.
Report and Monitor Business Performance: Prepare periodic reports on revenue, orders, and customers, and propose improvements in business activities.
Required Qualification
Graduated from university with a major in International Business, Foreign Trade, Economics, Agriculture, or related fields;
Required working experience
At least 3 years of experience in the agricultural export sector in a managerial role; candidates with experience in pepper, coffee, or other raw agricultural products are preferred.
Required knowledge and skills
Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, international transportation, payment methods (L/C, T/T), and quality standards in the agricultural sector.
Excellent negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and strong customer-oriented mindset.
Preference for candidates with experience in international trade fairs and an existing customer network.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with high pressure tolerance.
Proficient in office software and work-related tools.
