Executive, MIS Reporting Analyst - Credit & Risk Management

Overview:

The Executive, MIS Reporting Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation, validation, and submission of regulatory and management reports within the Risk Management department. This role ensures strict compliance with reporting standards while actively supporting continuous process improvement. You will contribute to modernizing the reporting infrastructure by driving automation initiatives and enhancing workflow efficiency to reduce manual dependency.

Responsibilities:

Regulatory Reporting & Data Integrity

• Execute the end-to-end preparation of regulatory and internal MIS reports, ensuring strict adherence to current regulatory standards, internal policies, and established deadlines.
• Oversee data collection, aggregation, and reconciliation from multiple sources, performing rigorous quality checks to ensure accuracy in reporting submissions.

Risk Analysis & Process Automation

• Support the Risk Management Division (RMD) in executing risk threshold simulations, projections, and ad-hoc portfolio analysis aligned with business objectives.
• Drive initiatives to automate data aggregation and validation processes (using SQL/VBA) to improve speed, consistency, and reporting infrastructure efficiency.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Analytics, Data Science, IT, or a related quantitative field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, regulatory reporting, or MIS reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must; working knowledge of SQL, VBA, and data visualization tools is essential.
• Strong analytical thinking with effective written and alternative communication skills in English.
