Be a member of the Inside Sales processes to generate leads and drive revenue growth
Develop and execute effective sales campaigns, aligned with the sales leaders across the regions
Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful content that supports sales efforts
Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate innovative approaches into sales strategies
Organise and coordinate client events to forster relationship-building and enhance product awareness
Utilize graphic design tools to create visually engaging and impactful sales materials
Working on digital sales campaigns using Salesloft, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn sales navigator
Ability to translate analytics into key insights for content creation

Qualifications

You have a great eye for detail and you’re punctual. You have a commercial mind and know a thing or two about marketing. You like creating clarity in chaos, you’re not afraid to take the initiative and you are a self-starter. The ideal candidate has experience in Inside Sales, Sales Enablement or Sales Operations within a multi-national organisation

Bachelor's Degree, studied Marketing, Business or something similar at University
Have 2 - 5 years of experience working in a similar position, preferably in FMCG
Fluent in English and Hindi
Able to effectively communicate in a cross-country environment
Knowledgeable of pre sales processes
Comfortable and efficient in working with Microsoft Office applications
Be punctual and demonstrate high attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work
Ability to exercise sound judgment and take initiative
Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
Be excellent with visual designing
