Executive, Events and Promotion (Destination Marketing)

SCOPE OF WORK

Coordinates the planning, marketing, and execution of premium entertainment and promotional events to enhance guest engagement and increase overall resort foot traffic.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Event Planning & Execution

• Logistics Management: Coordinate property-wide events including exclusive brands events, concerts, holiday galas, and VIP dinners.
• On-Site Operations: Oversee live floor setups, AV layouts, stage schedules, and registration desks.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with entertainment agencies, decorators, tech crews, and suppliers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align operational schedules with F&B, Hotel Operations, Casino Marketing, and Security.

2. Marketing & Administration

• Bilingual Copywriting: Translate and proofread promotional brochures, digital flyers, EDM newsletters, and scripts.
• Financial Tracking: Maintain budget spreadsheets, purchase orders (POs), and vendor invoices.
• Performance Analysis: Compile post-event data on attendance, prize payout ratios, and guest feedback to measure ROI.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Experience & Education

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 1–3 years in events or hospitality marketing. Integrated Resort or 5-star hotel experience preferred.

Core Skills

• Languages: Vietnam and professional English (written and spoken) required.
• Tech Literacy: Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with AI tools is highly recommended.
