Event Specialist

We are seeking a MICE professional with proven experience in a Destination Management Company in Vietnam. If you have successfully planned and executed corporate events, incentives, or conferences within a DMC environment, wed love to hear from you!

At Destination Asia Vietnam, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality events that exceed client expectations. From building client relationships to managing logistics and budgets, youll help us create unforgettable experiences across Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain operational standards and SOPs aligned with business needs
• Coordinate with suppliers and secure services within budget and company protocols
• Manage transportation, accommodation, catering, and event logistics
• Oversee event setup, breakdown, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Act as primary contact for clients, vendors, and attendees during events
• Manage event documentation, budgets, and communications with stakeholders
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless event delivery and continuous improvement

What Were Looking For:

• Vocational Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in MICE or event coordination with proven track record
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to thrive under pressure
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and team player attitude
