We are looking for a sharp, proactive and detail-orientedSenior PR Specialistto join the Vinschool Marketing and Communications Team. This is astrategic content-based positionfocused on storytelling, project execution, and delivering impactful communication within a large-scale education system.

I. Job Description
1. Strategic Content Development- Develop and deliver strategic content across multiple platforms (articles, video scripts, infographics, social posts, newsletters...) that highlights Vinschools educational achievements, values, and student success stories.
- Proactively identify storytelling opportunities from within the system including academic milestones, school events, student excellence, or cross-functional initiatives.
- Know how to dig deep: independently source accurate and compelling information from schools, departments, and internal databases.
- Ensure messaging is aligned with the schools vision, values, and long-term positioning.
- Collaborate with the design, digital and admissions teams to launch content campaigns across key channels (Facebook, YouTube, email, website, PR kits...).
2. Campaign Planning & Project Execution- Plan and manage complex communication campaigns with multiple stakeholders across the school network.
- Be responsible for turning briefs into actionable plans: outline approach, define objectives, timelines, content needs, and deliverables.
- Monitor timelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality output under deadlines.
- Deliver clear, data-informed post-campaign reports and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
II. Requirements:
- At least2 years of relevant experiencein Communications, Content, Marketing, or Education preferably in dynamic, structured environments.
- Bachelors degree inJournalism, Communications, Marketing, International Business, or equivalent. Candidates with international education are highly preferred.
- Strong content creation skills: exceptional writing, creative storytelling, and concept development across formats.
- Demonstrated ability to managemulti-channel campaignsand coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- Sharp problem-solving & information-sourcing mindset: can think logically, ask the right questions, find the right people/data, and propose effective solutions.
- High attention to detail and strong project ownership doesnt just 'execute', but understands what success looks like.
- Fluent English (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent).
- A team player with excellent communication, time management and collaboration skills.
- Experience in large-scale organization and/or in theeducation sectoris a big plus.
