The Khiri Campus & Group Series Specialist is part of the Travel Design Department at Khiri Travel Vietnam, a hive of creative and commercial activity. At the core of our work is making our clients fall in love with our efficiency, creativity, and punctuality. Our clients are specialist tour operators from around the world. The Khiri Campus & Group Series Specialist creates itineraries and calculates costs resulting in successful sales and happy travelers with their excellent knowledge of destination Vietnam. They add value in all communications, enthusiastically using our software and collaborating with our teams to personalize each request and provide quotations using our products and systems.

Reporting to:Khiri Travel Vietnam and Khiri Campus General Manager, Sales Manger/Supervisor
Khiri Campus Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, design and customize educational and other travel itineraries with passion
- Seek new potential partnerships and build relationships for Khiri Campus with both suppliers and agents
- Make quotations with accuracy and commercial mindset
- Respond to agent requests efficiently and thoughtfully, leading to successful bookings
- Make reservations for each dossier as needed and cooperate with other departments in the company ensure correct implementation of your created program
- Issue, gather and prepare documents required for each itinerary as required by agent criteria
- Make arrangements with local service providers to provide effective and timely delivery of itineraries
- Accompany groups during their travels as the leader on Khiri Campus trips
- Collaborate with colleagues in different departments, such as Accounting, Contracting, Product & Account, and Operations
- Collaborate with colleagues in other Khiri countries, in particular when it pertains multi-country itineraries
- Collaborate with Khiri Core (Headquarters) Campus Coordinator for support in creating consistent quality itineraries
- Conduct regular inspections for new and existing selected products including hotels, restaurants, excursions, etc.
- Use Khiri IT systems as per instructions, consistently and precisely
- Translate your passion for destination Vietnam in all communications
- Build long-term relationship with our overseas partners and local suppliers
- Be an active member of the Khiri Green Team and come up with new initiatives to comply with our Sustainability Policy and initiatives, including meeting certification standards; sharing sustainability initiative with partners, clients and and guests; contributing to new initiatives and instilling action plans, and monitor overall success
- Enthusiastically adopt the Companys Mission, Purpose, Core Values and Code of Conduct
- Other tasks to support Khiri team as directed by Supervisor/Managers
Khiri Group Series Specialist:
Handle all aspects of group travel (GIT), including accommodations, transportation, guides, activities, and special services.
- Prepare detailed and competitive quotations for group series requests using internal systems and supplier networks.
- Proactively communicate with agents and group leaders throughout the inquiry, quotation, confirmation, and pre-departure stages.
- Finalize and manage group bookings through the agent portal and Khiri internal systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Contracting, Finance, and Sales to ensure correct pricing and availability of services.
- Coordinate with Operation teams to issue travel documents (vouchers, itineraries, rooming lists, etc.) in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise all operational arrangements, ensuring services are delivered according to client expectations and Khiri standards.
- Troubleshoot and handle unforeseen issues during group travel with prompt and solution-focused support.
- Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and continuously source better group solutions.
- Stay informed about travel trends, airline routes, seasonal availability, and destination knowledge relevant to GIT.
- Ensure consistent and precise use of Khiris IT systems for all bookings and communications.
- Monitor guest feedback and collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve service quality.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by delivering reliable, responsive, and professional service at every stage.
What were looking for:
- Vietnamese National
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Tourism, Business or Communications
- At least 1-2 years work experience in Tourism or Hospitality
- Hard working and accountable
- Open to learn new systems
- Excellent English communication skills, writing in particular
- Positive attitude and sincere desire to learn on the job
- Responsible team player who can also thrive working independently
