Plan and execute events from conception to completion, including budgeting, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
Manage all aspects of an event from pre-planning, determining resource needs, pre-event marketing, and on-site coordination, to post-event follow-up.
Research, create the proposal, and conception for the event. Brainstorm and implement event concepts and themes.
Coordinate with the internal team, clients, and vendors to establish the requirements for an event, and serve as liaison to senior executives, and government officials, throughout the planning process.
Collaborate with the marketing team, account team, and brands to understand their event objectives, budget, and vision and provide expert guidance throughout the planning process.
Remain with current trends in event planning, design, and production, and proactively identify and solve operational challenges.
Manage all the logistics related to the event.
Developing post-event reports and strategic analysis to inform future events.
REQUIREMENTS
Background in hospitality, marketing, or event management.
Minimum 4 years working experience in the Event Industry (experienced in Sports/ Entertainment is preferable).
Ability to oversee multiple projects independently
