Role Description The Event Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ho Chi Minh City. This role involves supporting the planning and execution of sports-related events, including coordinating event logistics, preparing marketing materials, and assisting with on-ground activation. The intern will help manage event communications across digital and offline channels, engage with customers and partners during events, and collect feedback and data to evaluate event performance. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, maintaining event documentation, and contributing creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Marketing skills, with the ability to support end-to-end event coordination.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with attendees, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess basic Sales and promotional skills to help drive participation and brand awareness at events.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in sports, events, or marketing, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with social media and basic marketing tools is an advantage.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
