Key Responsibilities

Functional Expertise Across Modules

· Inventory & Costing

· Warehouse Management (WMS)

· Manufacturing / Production Planning

Data & Integration

· Lead data extraction, cleansing, mapping, migration, and reconciliation.

· Support system integrations (CRM, BI, banking, procurement systems, etc.).

· Collaborate with technical teams on API and middleware requirements.

Testing & Go Live

· Train business users.

· Lead go-live activities and hypercare transition to support.

Stakeholder Engagement

· Facilitate workshops and solution design sessions.

· Drive requirement sign-offs.

· Identify product gaps and recommend improvements.

Must Have Skills & Qualifications

· 3+ years of hands-on ERP experience.

· ITIL processes knowledge

· Fluent English is a MUST
