Environmental Health Safety Specialist

We are Hiring: HSE Specialist / HSE Executive (Textile Industry)

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced HSE Specialist / Executive to join our team, ensuring our operations adhere to the highest occupational health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor occupational health, safety, and environmental policies in line with local labor laws and international compliance standards.
• 
  
• Drive chemical management, wastewater monitoring, and waste treatment protocols across production lines.
• 
  
• Oversee and lead factory audits, certifications, and customer sustainability assessments.
• 
  
• Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and internal HSE training programs for employees.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) / Compliance within the Textile / Garment manufacturing industry (minimum 2–3 years).
• 
  
• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with textile sustainability frameworks and certifications: OEKO-TEX (Standard 100 / STeP), Higg Index (FEM / FSLM), and RWS (Responsible Wool Standard) / GRS.
• 
  
• Familiarity with chemical management platforms and wastewater guidelines (e.g., ZDHC) is a strong advantage.

• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills in both Vietnamese and English.
