We&aposre seeking a dynamic Outbound Enterprise Account Executive to drive our expansion into enterprise retail accounts across Southeast Asia and beyond.
This role is perfect for a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has a passion for retail technology.
You&aposll be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new enterprise clients while building long-term strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Research and identify enterprise retail prospects across multiple verticals (fashion, footwear, apparel, sportswear, health & beauty, electronics and ICT, etc.)
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
- Execute outbound campaigns through cold calling, email sequences, social selling, and networking
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted account-based marketing strategies
Sales Execution
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations showcasing Palexy&aposs AI-powered retail analytics platform
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signature for enterprise deals
- Develop customized value propositions based on prospect&aposs specific retail challenges and objectives
- Navigate complex organizational structures and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
Account Development
- Understand prospect&aposs current retail operations, pain points, and growth objectives
- Articulate ROI and business impact of Palexy&aposs solutions on store performance and customer experience
- Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions for enterprise clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing for enterprise-level implementations
Market Intelligence
- Stay current on retail technology trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on market insights and customer needs
- Represent Palexy at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
Requirements
Experience & Background
- 4+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, retail technology, or business intelligence
- Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
- Experience selling to retail industry stakeholders (operations directors, C-level executives)
- Success managing deals with 6-12 month sales cycles and contract values $50K or higher
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts simply
- Strong prospecting abilities and comfort with cold outreach across multiple channels
- Familiar with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Analytical mindset with ability to understand and communicate data-driven value propositions
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling BI/analytics solutions
- Background in retail or F&B operations or understanding of retail/F&B industry challenges
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian retail/F&B markets
- Multilingual capabilities (English proficiency required)
