Engineering Supervisor- Vietnam

We are urgently seeking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our growing operations in Phu Quoc, Vietnam.

As we continue our expansion in Vietnam with the upcoming launch of our lifestyle beach clubs and restaurants in Phu Quoc, we are looking for a hands-on engineering professional with strong hospitality experience to support the smooth, safe and efficient operation of our venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day engineering, maintenance and technical operations.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across MEP, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize operational disruption.
• Supervise and coordinate technicians, contractors and external service providers.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure equipment and facilities are maintained to required standards.
• Maintain engineering records, maintenance schedules and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and local regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Operations and other departments to support venue requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years of engineering/maintenance experience within the hospitality industry, preferably hotels, resorts, restaurants, beach clubs or lifestyle hospitality operations.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or team-leading capacity.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and supervising technical teams.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Previous hospitality experience in Vietnam is required.
• Good working knowledge of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional hospitality environment, is required.
• Must be based in Vietnam and open to relocating to Phu Quoc.
