Engineering Leader - BFS/Payments - Bangalore

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to drive technology strategy, engineering excellence, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the BFS vertical.

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technology leadership, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and people leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing large engineering teams and delivering complex BFS solutions.

• 18-22 years of experience in software engineering, delivery, and technology leadership.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience managing large engineering organizations.
• Strong experience leading teams of 100+ professionals across multiple programs.
• Proven success in BFS technology delivery and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, and modern architecture patterns.
• Expertise in Agile delivery models and engineering best practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing strategic BFS/ Payments clients globally.
• Exposure to large captive centers, global delivery models, and distributed teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, revenue growth, and account expansion.
• Experience in AI-driven engineering practices and platform modernization initiatives.
