Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Maintenance Management-40%

• Responsible for the machine`s maintenance, installation and debugging.
• Responsible for machine preventive maintenance and ensure equipment PM is completed on time.
• Responsible for repairing equipment `s serious failure in assigned area.
• Make sure the equipment has proper maintenance plan and reasonable spare parts.
• Through do the PM to ensure production equipment in good condition. included in availability, capability, performance in quality & efficiency, safety.
• Create and update equipment documentation (including equipment preventive manual, spare parts list and maintenance working instruction).
• Prepare spare parts list for all key equipment.
  
  

Department KPI-20%

• To complete the department KPI (Downtime Rate/MTTR/MTBF).
• Anticipate and solve safety / reliability issues.
• Actively seeks out and captures efficiencies during the execution of work.
  
  

Qualification-20%

• Responsible for the parts of qualification work of the new machine.
• Handover new equipment from NPI and Homemade equipment. Provide proper training to maintenance people for general equipment working principle.
  
  

Training-20%

• Complete assigned training course timely and stay current in his craft knowledge.
• Provides training or guidance to other members of the team as a mentor.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Undergraduate bachelor degree or above, major in Automation, Electrical or Electromechanical.
• More than 2 years of working experience in maintenance, and at least two years work experience in a foreign worldwide plant.
  
  

Skills

• Good knowledge and experience in equipment and maintenance management and have ability to establish total productive maintenance well and manage the spare parts reasonably.
• Independent troubleshooting, trouble detection and its remedy
• Improve the existing equipment to increase productivity, improve production quality.
• Good English in reading, writing and speaking and need have electrician certificate.
  
  

Working Conditions

Working conditions typical of a climate controlled and professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, etc.
