Employer Branding Officer

Job Description

As an Employer Branding Officer, you will support ILAV in strengthening our employer brand, enhancing our presence across recruitment channels, and attracting qualified local and expatriate candidates to achieve recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance company awareness and employer reputation through employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
• Build and manage Employer Branding and Sourcing channels, including recruitment websites, Facebook Career pages, LinkedIn, external job sites, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute content plans across employer branding channels.
• Create engaging graphics, images, and videos to effectively communicate ILAV's Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
• Track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics, including engagement rate, virality rate, follower growth, and overall performance across Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Expat Recruitment teams to plan and execute employer branding campaigns, events, and activities that support recruitment targets for both local and expatriate talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Employer Branding, Marketing, Communications, Recruitment Marketing, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition.
