Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create engaging content, visuals, and short videos for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with the team on career events and employer branding activities, including event preparation, on-site coordination, and post-event communication.
- Assist with employee engagement activities, including event preparation, logistics, photo/video capturing, and event communications.
- Coordinate internal communication activities and maintain content across internal communication platforms.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- Ability to demonstrate skills in communications/content development and graphic design (Canva, etc.).
- Open-minded, resilient, eager to learn, and agile in adjusting/adapting your scope when needed.
- Strong written and oral communication skills (English proficiency is required).
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools.
