Embedded Software Engineer (AI Agent)

• Research and integrate AI/AI agent capabilities into embedded/automotive systems.
• Involving in Requirement analysis, Designing, Implementation, Integration, and Testing.

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on coding experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C/C++, or equivalent, gained through professional work, internships, academic projects, or personal projects, with solid software development fundamentals.
• Proficient in using at least one AI coding agent/client such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, Pi, or equivalent, with a strong mindset for working effectively with AI-assisted development workflows.
• Good understanding of fundamental coding agent concepts, including context management, tool usage, prompt/instruction design, agent workflows, task decomposition, and human-in-the-loop development.
• Hands-on experience building or working with LLM-based agents, agentic workflows, or AI-driven automation.
• Ability to quickly research, evaluate, and adopt emerging AI technologies, with regular awareness of current AI models, tools, frameworks, and market trends.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand, validate, debug, and improve AI-generated code rather than relying on AI output without verification.

• Academic or project background in AI/ML, such as coursework, thesis, personal projects, or graduation projects.
• Experience deploying and serving local LLMs, especially using frameworks such as vLLM or SGLang.
• Experience deploying AI models on embedded or edge devices such as Edge AI or TinyML.
• Experience with scripting and automation using Python, Perl, Shell, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of the Automotive Domain, including CAN, sensors, ECU, and embedded systems.
• Good English communication skills
