Job Summary
The EIT - Quality Engineer will support the Quality team in ensuring product and process quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. This entry-level role provides an opportunity to develop foundational skills in quality assurance within a dynamic electronics manufacturing environment.

The EIT - Quality Engineer will support the Quality team in ensuring product and process quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. This entry-level role provides an opportunity to develop foundational skills in quality assurance within a dynamic electronics manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
- Participate in the inspection of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Support root cause analysis of quality issues and contribute to corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.
- Collect and analyze quality data, preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related problems.
- Assist in maintaining quality documentation, including work instructions, control plans, and inspection records.
- Learn and apply various quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, 8D).
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems and principles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop within the quality engineering field.
- Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing or quality-related setting is a plus.
