Job Title: Fashion Educator (Apparel Industry)

Location: Da Nang, Vietnam

Department: Training & Development

Reports To: Program Director

Candidates from Europe and the USA are preferred.

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fashion Educator to lead and deliver high-quality apparel training programs for international students. The role is central to building industry-ready talent with practical skills and a strong understanding of global apparel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver in-person and/or online training modules on apparel industry topics (merchandising, production, quality, etc.).
Develop training content, presentations, activities, and assessment tools in English.
Guide, coach, and mentor students from diverse international backgrounds.
Coordinate with internal departments to organize factory visits, guest lectures, and project-based learning.
Stay updated with apparel industry trends and incorporate best practices into the training curriculum.
Assess and report student progress and provide feedback.
Ensure high levels of student engagement and satisfaction.
Support program improvement through regular feedback and review.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, Merchandising, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the apparel industry (preferably in merchandising; experience in production, quality, or planning is also acceptable).
Excellent spoken and written English – a must for effective communication with international students.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring.
Female candidates preferred (but not mandatory).
Age below 50.
