About us: Arrowster is an EdTech startup founded by ex-Harvard & Oxford. We help students with study abroad applications and scholarships for undergraduate & master's programs in English-speaking countries + international universities in Vietnam.
Unlike traditional agencies drowning in manual processes, we're building a human-in-the-loop system that AI handle routine queries and documentation while you step in for high-impact moments - strategic guidance, essay coaching, and complex decisions.
What you'll do:
- Convert prospective students into committed clients through consultative selling
- Coordinate with our in-house specialists for school applications, visa and complex documentation needs
- Work hand-in-hand with our AI platform and counselors to deliver outcomes traditional agencies can't match
Who you are:
- Have 1-2 years experience in service counselling (English course/professional course/oversea study consulting,...)
- Vietnamese with international education experience - either studied abroad or at international universities in Vietnam (essential - you've walked this path)
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (essential for serving our target market)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
