I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales to prospective clients: manage inbound & outbound calls and prepare proposals for prospective clients following prescribed inhouse processes and templates. Arrange customer appointments for our consultants and assist in sales closing.
- Strive to achieve individual sales targets and to contribute to team goals & targets.
- Post Sales follow-up: Collaborate with processing team to follow up and monitor the application process of the existing customers.
- Regular and timely reporting to direct manager of active cases and prospective clients in the pipeline.
- Assist other team members in all aspects of the end-to-end process for sales and marketing.
- Maintenance of iCanfields in-house customer database; ensure customer information and follow-up actions are up to date.
- Support the Marketing team with event coordination and client invitation.

- A minimum of one years experience in immigration industry
- Good track sales records
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

- Strong communication skills
- Good command of English is an advantage
