Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanoi. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination across e-commerce platforms. The role involves monitoring daily performance metrics, analyzing traffic and conversion data, and implementing tactics to improve sales and customer experience. The Ecommerce Specialist collaborates with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure accurate, up-to-date content on all online storefronts. The role also includes reporting on results, identifying new growth opportunities, and supporting continuous improvement of e-commerce processes.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce skills, including experience managing online marketplaces and storefronts.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and drive data-informed decisions.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including understanding online sales funnels and conversion optimization.
Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with digital marketing tools, and experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, or similar).
A background in business, marketing, or a related field, and prior experience in an e-commerce or retail environment, is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Hanoi, manage multiple tasks, and use office productivity tools (Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant software).
