Our Vietnam team is growing rapidly, building a strong local e-commerce and marketing operation in Ho Chi Minh City to serve Vietnamese consumers across TikTok, Shopee and Lazada.

About the Role

Own the daily operation of Anker's Lazada Vietnam store — from listing and promotion to data-driven optimisation — and grow our presence on one of Vietnam's leading e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of Anker's Lazada/Shopee/Tiktok Vietnam store
• Handle product listing, Listing optimisation, inventory and price maintenance
• Plan and execute platform promotional campaigns, and follow up on campaign performance
• Monitor store data to optimise store ranking weight and product sales
• Handle platform orders, after-sales issues and platform liaison

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lazada/Shopee/Tiktok Vietnam's operating rules and campaign mechanisms
• Foundational skills in e-commerce store operation and Listing optimisation
• Strong data sensitivity and a habit of review-and-improve
• Lazada platform operation experience is a strong plus
• Vietnam local candidate, based in Ho Chi Minh City (District 7); fluent Vietnamese and English
