Job Responsibilities:
Ecom Executive will focus strongly on TikTok livestreaming and overall e-commerce administration. Key responsibilities include leading livestream execution and data-driven optimization, overseeing content production and external partner management, handling daily e-commerce administration and customer service, and ensuring seamless inventory, returns, and cross-functional coordination for Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, Websites.
Key Responsibilities:
Livestream Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Tiktok livestream events, including daily operations, branding, promotional activities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (in-house hosts, marketing, merchandising, IT, and logistics) to develop compelling livestream concepts and strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor livestream performance metrics and audience feedback, conduct data analysis to develop action plans for optimizing future performance. This includes weekly reviews of livestream basket performance, and effectiveness and product assortment.
Content Production & Partner Management:
- Oversee livestream and short video production workflows, encompassing scheduling, equipment setup, and technical troubleshooting, ensuring seamless execution.
- Coordinate effectively with regional brand teams, external service providers, and local Vietnam teams to ensure smooth product creation and artwork processing across all digital platforms.
- Serve as the primary contact point for service providers, managing weekly reviews and planning for livestream products.
- Engage with platform category teams, being key contact point of working with Tiktok team, influencers, and Multi-Channel Network (MCN) agencies to maximize brand visibility and boost conversion rates in Tiktok platforms.
E-commerce Administration & Support:
- Manage daily e-commerce paperwork, including precise data entry and bulk uploading of sales orders and return orders into the company&aposs ERP system.
- Handle a wide range of customer service inquiries across multiple contact points (email, marketplaces, live chat, office phone calls) regarding product information, e-commerce exchanges, return/refund requests, and order delivery status.
- In close coordination with the finance team to generate sales invoices and follow payment requests.
Operational Coordination:
- Supervise inventory management and maintain accurate records of all processed returns for e-commerce orders across all channels.
- Collaborate with the finance and logistic team to ensure the timely processing of refunds for returned or canceled orders.
- Facilitate smooth overall operations through effective coordination with the broader e-commerce team, merchandisers, finance team, and logistic team.
