About the Role
The Ecommerce Associate Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end ecommerce operations for assigned clients, ensuring effective media delivery, strong performance, and high client satisfaction. This role also leads the team to deliver optimal results in line with client-defined KPIs and business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Support to manage and oversee the end-to-end ecommerce operation for assigned clients, ensuring smooth execution, performance delivery, and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Work closely with team to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, driving continuous improvement in media effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Develop, implement, and manage plans, ensuring alignment with ROAS targets, budget efficiency, and agreed client KPIs.
- Translate ecommerce strategies into actionable execution plans, while regularly reviewing sales performance to identify optimization opportunities and growth levers.
- Lead performance tracking and reporting, delivering weekly reports with clear insights, implications, and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, quality output, and consistency across all ecommerce activities.
- Handle ad hoc initiatives and evolving business needs, maintaining high standards of execution and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- At least 4+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital media planning and execution
- Strong understanding of end-to-end ecommerce operations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing client timelines.
- Prior experience in team management is preferred.
