• Qun lý các hot ng xut nhp và lu kho hàng hóa / Inbound, Outbound & Warehousing Operations Management
• Giám sát nhân viên kho thc hin úng các quy trình vn hành kho và quy trình E-commerce Fulfillment (Receiving, Put-away, Picking, Packing, Shipping và Return Processing). Supervise warehouse staff to ensure compliance with warehouse operating procedures and E-commerce Fulfillment processes (Receiving, Put-away, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Return Processing).
• Phi hp cht ch vi các b phn liên quan nhm m bo tính chính xác ca tn kho, cp nht d liu trên h thng WMS và ti u hóa tn kho. Work closely with relevant departments to ensure inventory accuracy, update data in the WMS, and optimize inventory levels.
• Ch ng ngn nga và x lý các s c phát sinh trong quá trình xut, nhp, lu kho và x lý n hàng, m bo áp ng SLA các sàn thng mi in t và cht lng dch v khách hàng. Proactively prevent and resolve issues arising during inbound, outbound, warehousing, and order fulfillment operations to ensure compliance with e-commerce platform SLAs and customer service quality standards.

• Thc hin phân công, iu phi và giám sát công vic cho toàn b nhân viên kho trong ca nhm áp ng yêu cu khách hàng, SLA và k hoch x lý n hàng theo tng thi im. Assign, coordinate, and supervise all warehouse employees during the shift to meet customer requirements, SLAs, and order fulfillment plans based on operational needs.

• Phân b và giám sát công tác vn hành xe nâng và các thit b khác. Assign and supervise the operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
