The E-learning Engagement & Communication Manager is responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and engagement across all digital learning initiatives. This role leads learning communication strategies and engagement campaigns to ensure platforms and programs are visible, well understood, and actively used by learners. Working closely with platform, content, creative, and studio teams, the role translates learning solutions into compelling learner journeys. This position plays a critical role in maximizing learning impact and ensuring digital learning delivers measurable business value.
Pos ition Responsibilities:
Lead learner engagement and communication strategy to drive awareness, adoption, and completion of digital learning initiatives.
Plan and execute end‑to‑end learning communication campaigns across multiple channels, including LMS/LXP, email, internal platforms, and events.
Partner with platform, content, creative, and studio teams to translate learning solutions into compelling learner journeys.
Support digital learning platform adoption by guiding learners through features, pathways, and content discovery.
Track engagement and adoption metrics, using insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness and learning impact
Required Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in learning engagement, internal communication, learning & development, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience leading communication or engagement campaigns at scale, ideally in corporate or enterprise environments.
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Learning & Development, Business, or a related discipline.
No professional licenses required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with LMS/LXP or digital learning platforms to support user adoption and engagement.
Background in change communication, adoption campaigns, or learning transformation initiatives.
Prior people management or team leadership experience.
Strong ability to analyze engagement, usage, and adoption metrics to inform decision‑making.
Experience collaborating with creative, content, and media teams in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
