MAJOR FUNCTION
Execute and continuously improve employee experience, internal communication, and learning programs (including e-learning and AI-enabled solutions) to strengthen workforce capability, engagement, and operational effectiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Employee Experience & Internal Communication (40%)
- Execute employee engagement initiatives aligned with company culture and business priorities
- Manage internal communication channels (announcements, leadership messaging, campaigns) ensuring clarity and consistency
- Analyze engagement data and propose actionable improvements
- Coordinate recognition programs, internal campaigns, and employee activities
- Partner with teams to improve employee experience and retention drivers
2. Learning & Development (30%)
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) with business units
- Design and deliver training programs (functional, behavioral, leadership basics)
- Build and manage e-learning content:
Develop digital learning materials (microlearning, video, AI-assisted content)
Upload and manage courses on LMS / learning platforms
Maintain structured learning pathways by function/level
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness (completion, feedback, application)
- Coordinate external training vendors when required
3. Organizational Development & Talent (10%)
- Support competency framework and career pathway design
- Drive succession planning and talent pipeline development
- Support organization design and change management initiatives
- Drive cross-functional effectiveness (ways of working, collaboration models)
4. AI Transformation & Change Enablement (20%)
- Partner with HRD to drive AI adoption across the organization (not just within HR)
- Execute AI change management initiatives to shift employee mindset, behavior, and ways of working
- Design and implement AI upskilling programs:
Build structured AI learning journeys (by role/function)
Develop practical, use-case-driven training (not theory)
- Embed AI into daily workflows:
Identify high-impact use cases (content, operations, reporting, productivity)
Drive adoption through training, communication, and follow-up interventions
- Support leadership in role-modeling AI usage through targeted enablement
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields
- 5–7 years of experience in Employee Experience, L&D, Organizational Development, or related HR functions
- Proven track record in end-to-end execution of engagement and learning programs (not only coordination)
- Hands-on experience in e-learning development (LMS management, digital content creation, microlearning design)
- Demonstrated experience in driving change initiatives or capability adoption (preferably digital/AI-related)
- Strong data handling capability (Excel, dashboards, survey tools; able to derive insights, not just report)
- Experience working in fast-paced, digital, or matrix organization
