Ensure integrated e-commerce operations, data, and processes within the overall commercial system.
Provide strategic direction on brand positioning and trade marketing strategy in collaboration with the Cocoxim Marketing Director, ensuring alignment between brand identity, product strategy, and commercial goals.
Approve and oversee overall marketing and trade programs from a P&L and ROI perspective, ensuring alignment with revenue growth targets.
Ensure strong collaboration between Commercial and Marketing functions in portfolio planning, new product launches, and international market expansion initiatives.
Provide strategic oversight of Cocoxim's global commercial operations, ensuring data systems, KPIs, and reporting effectively support strategic business decisions
Lead, coach, and develop Cocoxim's commercial and marketing teams for performance and collaboration.
In-charge of Corporate Branding of BTMi, BTM and others within Group
Build succession pipelines and strengthen leadership capability within mid-management levels.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
MBA or international certification in Commercial Management or Leadership preferred.
Minimum 12–15 years of FMCG experience, with at least 5 years in a Commercial Director or equivalent role.
Proven P&L management and international market expansion experience across offline, online, and OBL channels.
Preferably from beverage, natural food, or export-oriented FMCG sectors.
Strong strategic and leadership capability.
Excellent negotiation, change management, and multicultural communication skills.
Fluent in English with the ability to operate in international business settings.
Strong commercial and financial analytical capability.
