Job Description

  • Develop and implement the overall commercial strategy for Cocoxim aligned with the Group's direction.
  • Manage and own full P&L for all domestic and international commercial activities.
  • Define pricing, distribution, and trade strategies tailored to each region and sales channel.
  • Lead OBL Business Development teams across regions EU, North Asia, VN, China,... to expand private label partnerships.
  • Develop growth strategies, revenue targets, and trade policies per region: EU, North Asia, VN, China,...
  • Ensure commercial efficiency, profitability, and market penetration by region.
  • Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies for the OBL segment (direct and via partners).
  • Collaborate with online platforms, e-retailers, and trading partners to expand online market presence.
  • Ensure integrated e-commerce operations, data, and processes within the overall commercial system.
  • Provide strategic direction on brand positioning and trade marketing strategy in collaboration with the Cocoxim Marketing Director, ensuring alignment between brand identity, product strategy, and commercial goals.
  • Approve and oversee overall marketing and trade programs from a P&L and ROI perspective, ensuring alignment with revenue growth targets.
  • Ensure strong collaboration between Commercial and Marketing functions in portfolio planning, new product launches, and international market expansion initiatives.
  • Provide strategic oversight of Cocoxim's global commercial operations, ensuring data systems, KPIs, and reporting effectively support strategic business decisions
  • Lead, coach, and develop Cocoxim's commercial and marketing teams for performance and collaboration.
  • In-charge of Corporate Branding of BTMi, BTM and others within Group
  • Build succession pipelines and strengthen leadership capability within mid-management levels.

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • MBA or international certification in Commercial Management or Leadership preferred.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of FMCG experience, with at least 5 years in a Commercial Director or equivalent role.
  • Proven P&L management and international market expansion experience across offline, online, and OBL channels.
  • Preferably from beverage, natural food, or export-oriented FMCG sectors.
  • Strong strategic and leadership capability.
  • Excellent negotiation, change management, and multicultural communication skills.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to operate in international business settings.
  • Strong commercial and financial analytical capability.
