E-commerce Operation Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

·          Lead the setup and daily management of Ecommerce stores, platform activity participation and promotion design.

·          Responsible for merchandise on the product description and selling point map review.

·          Work closely with CS, warehouse team to handle after-sales issues and customer complaints.

·          Regular inventory management, sales data consolidation and demand forecast feedback.

·          Manage & Optimize Store P&L

·          Work with marketing and agency partners to drive performance through affiliate marketing, paid ads, KOL/KOC programs, and livestream activities.

·          Make reports as per assigned tasks.

·          Other matters of director arrangements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·          Understand and learn about Vietnamese Internet culture, online habits, etc.

·          Have a certain understanding or interest in Heath and Beauty section, have patience, have a sense of responsibility for work tasks, have strong communication skills, and have good team awareness.

·          At least 2 years of experience in E-commere, and have experience in Heath and Beauty section is an advance.
