Role Description

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead one of todays top global coloring brands, loved across the US, Europe, the Americas, and Australia.

What you&aposll do

  • Develop & execute brand strategy: market research, consumer insights, and short/long-term planning.
  • Own brand identity: ensure consistent visuals, tone of voice, and storytelling across all channels.
  • Lead & optimize campaigns: set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Inspire & grow a creative team: build a culture of innovation, collaboration, and personal growth.
  • Manage brand risks: monitor platforms, handle media issues, and safeguard brand reputation.

What we&aposre looking for

  • 7+ years experience in brand/marketing roles, including 2+ years in leadership.
  • Background in creative, publishing, FMCG, lifestyle, or retail industries.
  • Strong strategic thinking and awareness of market & cultural trends.
  • Skilled in cross-platform storytelling and community engagement.
  • Fluent in English (reading & writing); cross-border e-commerce experience is a plus.
  • Creative, responsible, open-minded, and eager to learn.

  • Competitive salary up to 90,000,000 VND/month + 13th-month salary + annual profit-sharing bonus.
