Role Description
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead one of todays top global coloring brands, loved across the US, Europe, the Americas, and Australia.

What you&aposll do
- Develop & execute brand strategy: market research, consumer insights, and short/long-term planning.
- Own brand identity: ensure consistent visuals, tone of voice, and storytelling across all channels.
- Lead & optimize campaigns: set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously improve outcomes.
- Inspire & grow a creative team: build a culture of innovation, collaboration, and personal growth.
- Manage brand risks: monitor platforms, handle media issues, and safeguard brand reputation.
What we&aposre looking for
- 7+ years experience in brand/marketing roles, including 2+ years in leadership.
- Background in creative, publishing, FMCG, lifestyle, or retail industries.
- Strong strategic thinking and awareness of market & cultural trends.
- Skilled in cross-platform storytelling and community engagement.
- Fluent in English (reading & writing); cross-border e-commerce experience is a plus.
- Creative, responsible, open-minded, and eager to learn.
