E-commerce Manager

HIRING | E-COMMERCE MANAGER

Location: Hanoi – Hoàng Mai / Thanh Xuân

Salary: 30–40M VND Gross/month + Performance bonus

Industry: Fashion / Retail

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive revenue and GMV growth.
• Lead a team of approximately 22 members.
• Manage key e-commerce campaigns, livestreaming, affiliate, KOL/KOC, and platform activities.
• Monitor business performance and optimize e-commerce operations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in E-commerce / Digital Commerce / Marketplace.
• Strong experience with Shopee and TikTok Shop.
• Must have prior work experience at Shopee or TikTok in E-commerce, Seller/Key Account, Category Management, or Business Development.
• Proven experience in team management and achieving sales/GMV targets.
• Experience in Fashion, Retail, Beauty, FMCG, or Lifestyle is preferred.
