E-commerce & Livestream Operations Executive

Working place: 136 - 140, B2 Street, Sala area, An Khanh ward, HCMC

Working time: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday | 2 Saturday/Month (Remote); lunch break 1 hour 30

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor Degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related background.
• 1-2 years experience relating to E-commerce/Livestream Operations/MCN Collaborations
• Well understanding about Ecommerce platforms: Shopee, TikTokShop, Lazada
• Strong experience in livestream execution and optimization, MCN collaboration, and e-commerce marketplace/platform
• Fluent in English/Chinese is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Livestream Execution & Optimization:

• Planning and executing monthly livestream plans and optimizing livestream performance
• Discussing and arranging livestream schedules with hosts, and supporting hosts when needed
• Ensuring effective livestream operations by optimizing element visibility, attracting more viewers through livestream ads, and collaborating with the Content team to produce content videos related to livestreams

2. MCN Collaborations:

• Maintaining existing MCN collaborations and identifying and expanding the MCN partner network
• Negotiating with MCNs to maximize opportunities for imoo to join their livestream sessions
• Tracking MCN collaboration performance and taking actions to improve performance

3. Campaign Operations:

• Following the campaign calendar and the manager's plan to set up campaign posters, thumbnails, vouchers, flash sales, and promotional programs on e-commerce platforms
• Registering for campaigns based on platform announcements and the manager's direction
• Other tasks as assigned by the manager
