WE'RE HIRING @ BA3 (HCMC)

We're building the next-gen Digital Commerce partner in Vietnam — helping brands turn data into actionable insights across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.

We're currently hiring for:

ACCOUNT MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

ROLE OVERVIEW

At Ba3, this role sits at the core of how we grow — across clients, revenue, and execution.

Depending on your strengths, you will either:

• Lead client relationships and project delivery (Account)

• Or drive growth through sales and partnerships (Business Development)

In both cases, you will work directly with founders and contribute to scaling the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client & Business

• Work directly with brands, partners, and decision makers

• Understand business goals and translate them into actionable plans

• Build long-term relationships and drive account growth

Project & Execution

• Manage end-to-end execution: brief → strategy → delivery → reporting

• Coordinate across internal teams (strategy, data, creative)

• Ensure timelines, quality, and outcomes are met

Performance & Optimization

• Track campaign performance and key metrics

• Analyze results and propose improvements

• Ensure campaigns deliver real business impact (not just reports)

Growth & Revenue

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

• Build pipeline and contribute to revenue growth

• Support proposal development and pitching

This role is essentially the bridge between client needs and execution — ensuring strategies actually deliver results.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–5 years in Account Management / Sales / Business Development / Digital Marketing

• Strong communication — able to work with both clients and internal teams

• Experience managing projects or closing deals end-to-end

• Understanding of digital ecosystem (e-commerce, media, content)

• Proactive mindset with strong ownership

MEDIA / DIGITAL COMMERCE EXPERIENCE (PLUS)

• Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada

• Understanding of performance marketing (ads, content, conversion)

• Ability to read data and translate into business actions

• Experience working with brands (FMCG, Beauty, Retail is a plus)

(Account Managers typically oversee campaigns, client communication, and performance tracking — making both strategic and execution roles critical in digital marketing.)
