e-commerce executive

AZURE NETWORK is looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage and support our e-commerce sales channels in Vietnam.

This position is responsible for the setup and daily operation of various e-commerce channels, including TikTok Shop, Shopee Mall, and the brand's official D2C website.

We are looking for a hands-on team member with practical e-commerce experience who can manage online store operations and customer service efficiently.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Set up and operate e-commerce channels, including TikTok Shop, Shopee Mall, and the brand's official D2C website
• Manage product listings, product information, prices, promotions, vouchers, and campaigns
• Manage orders, inventory, delivery status, returns, exchanges, and cancellations
• Handle customer inquiries, reviews, complaints, and other CS-related issues
• Support new product launches and platform promotions
• Manage and support TikTok Shop Affiliate programs and KOC collaborations
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback
• Prepare regular e-commerce performance reports
• Coordinate with marketing, design, logistics, and other internal teams
• Monitor competitor activities and e-commerce platform trends
• Support general administrative tasks and company documentation as needed

[Requirements]

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations
• Hands-on experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms
• Experience in product listing, order management, promotions, and customer service
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets

[Preferred Qualifications]

• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG industries
• Experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate or KOC programs
• Experience operating Shopee Mall or a brand-owned D2C website
• Good understanding of the Vietnamese e-commerce market
• Basic English communication skills
