Dyehouse Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dyehouse Manager, located in Tam Ky. The Dyehouse Manager will oversee daily operations in the dyehouse, ensuring efficiency and quality in dyeing processes. Key responsibilities include managing dyehouse staff, optimizing production schedules, maintaining inventory of dyes and chemicals, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The Dyehouse Manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting dyeing issues and collaborating with the R&D team to implement new dyeing techniques.

• Experience in dyeing processes and colour matching
• Skills in production management and team leadership
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
• Experience in textile industry preferred
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or related field is a plus
