Track, monitor and report Virtual Development Status in Project Gates
Participate in developing new methodologies tackling current and future design problems
Developing and solving issues, analytically if possible, numerically if necessary
Work collaboratively with module / Attribute / T&V / VA / PMO teams to develop technology plans.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / automobile engineering or related field. Master's degree a plus.
2+ years of experience in stiffness / strength / durability simulation of mechanical / Scooter or automotive. Able to create mesh from CAD, perform analysis and report out the results.
Experiences of components/ subsystem and complex model stiffness, strength and durability. Generate feasibility design recommendation and implement design change to achieve performances and conducts the optimization for saving cost and weight.
Experiences of solver linear, non-linear analysis and correlation with testing activities in company including regulatory, certification and compliance testing.
Experiences of vehicle project with others global OEM and maintain traceable documentation for all stiffness, strength and durability analysis and test work
Project planning skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
Basic English in both oral and written.
Active work attitude and eagerness to learn.
Ability to self-learn and develop independently.
Ability to thrive in high-pressure and fast-changing environments.
Strong teamwork skills.
Self-learning and personal development abilities.
Theoretical knowledge of finite element analysis. Good communication, report writing, technical documentation and presentation skills.
